HRT or Surgery Letter Appointment

For HRT or Surgery Letter appointments, please plan for the appointment to take 2 hours. The cost of the letter session is $450 and can be completed in person or via telehealth. Email Kim at kwywildflowers@gmail.com to request an appointment. She will inform you of the next available appointment.

A copy of the letter will be sent to the provider of your choice. If you would like a copy of the letter, the letter will also be sent to you. In addition to typical intake paperwork, you will also receive a release of information document prior to the appointment. Please include all names and addresses to whom you would like the letter released. Sometimes individuals feel anxious about the letter writing task that must be completed based on WPATH and insurance guidelines, but please consider that I am dedicated to being an ally and supporting you in the most therapeutic and kind way possible.
